DATA SHARE TRIAL TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Trial Access Rights

1.1 Grant of License

SonarX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Data Share Trial during the trial period specified in your agreement.

1.2 Trial Period

The trial period begins on the date you accept these terms and continues for the duration specified in your trial offer, unless earlier terminated in accordance with these terms.

1.3 Use Restrictions

You may only use the trial for evaluation purposes. You may not: (a) use the trial for production purposes; (b) sublicense or resell trial access; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to access source code; or (d) remove any proprietary notices.

1.4 No Data Retention

Upon termination of the trial, you agree to promptly delete all trial data and materials. SonarX reserves the right to delete all trial data upon termination without liability.

2. Confidentiality

2.1 Confidential Information

You acknowledge that the trial access and any materials provided contain SonarX's confidential information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not disclose it to third parties without written permission.

2.2 Protection Measures

You agree to protect the confidential information using the same degree of care you use for your own confidential information, but in no case less than reasonable care.

2.3 Permitted Disclosures

You may disclose confidential information to your employees and contractors who have a need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

3. Termination

SonarX may terminate your trial access at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to access the trial ends immediately, and you must delete all trial materials.

4. Disclaimers

THE TRIAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SONARX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE TRIAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SONARX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SonarX regarding the trial. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. SonarX may modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.
